1. Research the company

The best way to handle this is by changing your method of approach and attitude towards the interview. Thus, developing your self-esteem or confidence is vital.

A little secret to help overcome this fear is to appear in interviews with an attitude like you are less interested in the job. Doing this can help increase your confidence level. According to some researches on psychology, we go after things we need in life.

When in pursuit of what you need, you develop the fear of losing when you have not gotten it. The first thing you need to do is concentrate on achieving that goal; then you can bring the fear of losing it once you have gotten what you need.
